Delete your Move Further account

You can delete your profile and associated game data, even if you have uninstalled Move Further.

Request deletion by email

Send a deletion request to hello@bebou-app.com with the subject “Move Further account deletion”. Include your in-game nickname, if you chose one, and any account identifier you already have. You can also write to request deletion of specific data without deleting your account.

We do not store a sign-in email or password. We may ask for information to locate your profile and verify ownership before deleting it. Never send passwords, payment details or camera images. You do not need to reinstall the app to submit a request.

Delete directly in the app

Open Settings → My account → Delete my account, then confirm. This removes your account and associated data from our active database.

What is deleted?

Your profile, nickname, scores, exercise and session history, coins, inventory, missions, rewards, friend relationships, blocks and associated optional usage statistics are removed. Deletion is permanent and your progress cannot be restored.

Backups and security logs may remain temporarily under our providers’ retention rules. Google handles data collected by its advertising SDK under its own privacy policy. See our privacy policy for details. We will reply to your email request and explain any information needed to verify it.
